Shipping Information:
Shipping chocolate can be a little tricky! Please read our shipping policies before you order: We are only able to ship to the Continental US.

Due to the perishable nature of the items, special care is taken to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition. We ship through FedEx exclusively, using Overnight or Second Day delivery options.

All orders placed before 1pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the next day. Cocoa Michelle orders will not be shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

All orders are shipped “Signature Requested” unless otherwise stated. Cocoa Michelle is not responsible for orders that are stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to the destination address specified by the customer, therefore we recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible. We do not ship over the weekend.

Shipping Arrangements:

All products are shipped to the address indicated by the purchaser on the order form and solely to addresses in the United States. The purchaser is bound to inspect the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and to indicate any damage due to the transporter on the delivery slip.

Delivery Problems due to the Transporter:

Any anomalies relating to the delivery (loss, product missing with regard to the delivery slip, damaged packaging, damaged products) must without fail be indicated on the delivery slip in the space provided to this effect ("remarks"), accompanied by the signature of the purchaser. In addition, the purchaser must confirm this anomaly, by sending a letter to the transporter setting out his/her complaint, by registered mail with official receipt within two (2) working days following the delivery date.

Delivery Errors:

The purchaser must formulate any complaints regarding delivery errors and/or products which, either in nature or quality, fail to comply with the description on the order form, to Cocoa Michelle upon the delivery date or on the first working day following delivery at the latest. Any complaints formulated after this deadline will be rejected. Any complaints which are not formulated in accordance with the rules set out above and within the given deadline shall not be entertained and, accordingly, Cocoa Michelle shall be freed from any liability whatsoever with regard to the purchaser.

Cancellation Policy:
Once orders are placed, they are final. No order can be cancelled, after they have been received by Cocoa Michelle.

Cocoa Michelle guarantees the freshness of all her chocolates. It is advisable that you enjoy filled chocolates within two weeks of delivery.
